My name is Liv Kaproff, I was born in 1991 in Los Angeles, CA and have been living in the greater Bay Area for roughly 15 years. Since 2010 I have been actively involved to varying degrees in local music scenes in L.A., Santa Cruz, and New York. I am interested in commenting on, critiquing, and analyzing elements of our current culture as I see them and as they effect me and I feel that social media has become an insufficient space to do this. I am not a journalist and these are not formal essays, my hope is just to have a place to express my opinions in a longer form and more nuanced way than modern social media will allow.
